Job Description



Thompson Technologies is looking for a Service Desk Professional that has experience supporting Identity Management an LDAP related systems at the corporate level.

This client handles:

  • New Account set up
  • Access Control based permissions
  • Incident (lost permissions, passwords not working)

Required Experience / Responsibilties

  • 1+ years of experience providing ticketing support and phone for support for IDM / LDAP related issues
  • Strong understanding of the IDM Life Cycles related to Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Experience with ticketing system like Jira or ServiceNow
  • Provisions and create accounts
  • Experience with Active Directory specific to: permissions, account group management
  • Security concepts including:  LDAP Directory, Managing User Groups, Security Models, Permission inheritance
  • Experience with Oracle IDM (OIM), Octa and ServiceNow would be a huge plus.
